Don't want a note app that can't hold a note. Purchased Starnote app on August 31, 2025. POOF! Starnote made me sign in again on September 3 with the SAME email address. My account and all of my work of the previous 2 days was gone. It was supposed to be saved on my phone's memory. Then, they wanted me to pay again. If it worked, it was a good app. But, if you're going to wipe out my account, particularly after I paid, then I need to go elsewhere for my notetaking.

We sincerely apologize for this critical issue. This is unacceptable, and we want to help. Please contact us via Settings > Help & Feedback. To help us locate your original paid account, please attach a screenshot of your Google receipt showing the order number starting with 'GPA.'. We will make this our top priority to investigate.

I rarely feel compelled to leave a review - or buy the PRO version - the first day of using an app. I have been using Samsung Notes on my S6 Lite, but I want to try using hyperlinked digital notebooks, and while Samsung Notes can do that, it requires going into reading mode to navigate. StarNote does not do that. You can write with your stylus and navigate by finger without having to switch modes. Has zoom lock! Only ask I have is 2-finger scrolling. One-finger scrolling is awkward somehow.

We're truly honored to receive such detailed praise from you — especially on your very first day with StarNote! 🥳 Thank you for choosing PRO and for appreciating our seamless pen-input navigation and zoom-lock feature. Your suggestion about two-finger scrolling has been carefully noted and will be shared with our design team for evaluation.

I found this while looking for a cheaper alternative to Concepts. This is exactly what I was looking for, and the notebook structuring is so intuitive on a tablet that I'm honestly barely using the infinite note feature even though that's what originally drew me to the app. This app has boosted my creativity by a landslide and I'm enjoying discovering all the features. I've gotten my mom hooked as well, she's loving the music notation papers. The modest price was a nobrainer for both of us.
